Ethnic/Gender By Teacher/Class video
How to create a report that provides the ethnic/gender counts by teacher and by class
Use the following steps to create the report.
- Login to WebPams.
- Select Scheduling from the list of program areas on the left of the screen.
- Select Select Count.
- Select Eth/Gender by Teacher/Class
Setup Box
- Verify Year, District, and School. These default values are based on your security settings.
- Select Grade. Leave the Grade field blank if all grade levels are to be included. Otherwise click in the box to the right of Grade to select the desired grade level(s) to be included.
- Select the As-of-Date. This represents active students as of the date you choose. It usually defaults to the current date.
- Selecting Active only excludes students with leave/exit codes in the student master record. The As-of-Date is used to determine the Active status.
- Selecting Include Remote Students will count students from other schools that are scheduled into classes that are Remote classes. Uncheck this option if you only want counts of students enrolled in your school.
- Show SSN will include the students' social security numbers. Be careful of using this option.
- Order by option allows the report to be sorted either by Teacher or by Course.
- Click OK to move to the next screen.
