This report will give the count of Out of Zone students that are enrolled at a school that are not zoned for the school.
Getting Started
On the left, the Student Master panel should be open. Click on Count. Under Count, select Out of Zone and the setup box will appear.
Setup Box Options
To find definitions for standard setup values, follow this link: Standard Setup Options.
For other set up values not listed in the standard set up list:
- OOZ Code--Leave the field blank if all OOZ codes are to be included. Otherwise, click in the field to the right of OOZ to select the desired code to be included. Click OK to move back to the main setup screen.
- Start Date--Start date defaults to the beginning of school date. This may be changed by clicking on the drop down arrows to make changes or click on the calendar and select the date.
- End Date--End date defaults to the end of school date. This may be changed by clicking on the drop down arrows to make changes or click on the calendar and select the date.
- Active Only--The setup defaults to Active Only. Remove the check in the box to select all students.
- As-of-date--Limits the list to those students who are active as of the date selected.
Click the OK to advance to the next screen.
Definition of Headers
- School--School of enrollment of the student.
- Site--Description of the school of enrollment of the student.
The following information is found in To School and From School
- A01,A02,......A39-D01,D02,.....D09--Lists the codes that a student have received permission and the reason for giving the permission for the transfer and the declining the permission for not receiving the transfer. By clicking in the OOZ cell, a list populates defining each column header.
The following information is found in School to School
- School to School
- School--School of enrollment of the student.
- Site--Description of the school of enrollment of the student.
- Total Students--Total number of students that have been approved or declined for transfer to an out of zone school.
