This program give the user a count of students by homeroom. User may click on the number under count and get a roster of grade, IDs, and name.


On the left, click on Student Master. Under "Counts", select "Homeroom Teacher by Grade".

Setup Box Options

To find definitions for standard setup values, follow this link: Standard Setup Options.

For other set up values not listed in the standard set up list:

  • Active Only--The system defaults to a check in the box indicating Active Only. If this box is unchecked all students will be selected.

Click OK to move to the next screen.


Definitions of Column Headers

  1. Grade--Homeroom grade
  2. Homeroom--Homeroom teacher`s name
  3. Count--Number of student(s) enrolled in the homeroom
