How-to

  1. Log in to your district’s WebPams page
  2. Select Grades in the list of program areas on the left of the screen.
  3. Select Count at the bottom of the Grades list of program areas.
  4. Select Grades Distribution Report.

Setup box:

  1. Verify Year, District, School. These should be default values based on your login name.
  2. Select the grade level or levels for which you need the report. Click in the field to get a list of the grade levels. #Click the check box to the left of the blank line to select all grade levels or click the check box to the left of the ‘value’ at the top of the grade levels list. If you want more than one but not all select the grade levels that you want to include on the report.
  3. Select Ethnicity. Click in the field to get a list of the ethnic codes. Click the check box to the left of the blank line to select all ethnicities or click the check box to the left of the ‘value’ at the top of the ethnicity list.
