On the Setup:

  1. Check the Year, District, and School. These values should default based on security.
  2. Select the Grade(s) for the report.
  3. Select the Gender for the report.
  4. Select the Ethnicity for the report.
  5. Enter the date range for the report.
  6. Click Ok to move to the next screen.
