This program will give a list from the Student Master or Discipline that have had a record deleted, by the person that deleted it, the reason, and date deleted.

  1. Dist-School district
  2. Sch-School for the report
  3. SIDNO-Student Identification Number
  4. Table-Database Table where the deletion occured
  5. User Name-User ID of the person that deleted the data
  6. Deletion Date-Deletion date
  7. Reason Deleted-Reason Deleted
  8. Date-Date deleted
  9. Recnum-Recnum of the Deleted data


Print Options

To find the print instructions, follow this link: Standard Print Options.

By highlighting rows within the list and then clicking print, the rows highlighted will be the only rows printed.
