This program gives a count by school the gender and ethnicity.


On the left, click on Student Master. Under Counts, select "Homeroom Gender/Ethnic List".

Setup Box Options

To find definitions for standard setup values, follow this link: Standard Setup Options.

Click the OK to advance to the next screen.


Column Headers

To find definitions of commonly used column headers, follow this link: Common Column Headers.

For other columns not listed in the common column list:

  • Sch--School number in the district
  • Site--School name in the district
  • Homeroom Teacher--Homeroom teacher`s name
  • Total--Total number of students in the homeroom
  • OWM,OWF, ......OTM,OTF,Other--These are totals by ethnicity and gender. There is a sum total at the bottom of each column.
