A report that gives an attendance analysis for selected students.
On the left navigation panel, select Attendance, Lists, and Attendance Analysis Report.
Setup Box Options
To find definitions for standard setup values, follow this link: Standard Setup Options.
Other set up values not listed in the standard set up list:
- Student - choose individual students or leave blank for all students.
- Include Codes - Include selected attendance codes
Click OK
Column Headers
To find definitions of commonly used column headers, follow this link: Common Column Headers.
Other columns not listed in the common column list:
- Date/Time - The date and time the attendance occurred.
- Check In - Check in code
- In Reason - Check in reason
- Check Out - Check out code
- Out Reason - Check out reason
- Class - Student's class period based on their Bell schedule.
