The is a discipline report by Teacher/Grade

How-To

On the left, click on Discipline. Under Discipline, click on the arrow to the left of the word Count. Click on Discipline Report by Teacher/Grade that appears under List.

Setup Box Options

To find definitions for standard setup values, follow this link: Standard Setup Options.

For other set up values not listed in the standard set up list:

    • Show: Click in the radio button that corresponds for the user`s needed report.(All, Sped Only, and Non-Sped)
    • Referral Type: Click in the radio button that corresponds for the user`s needed report.
  1. Show Remote Scheduled Only.(All, Teacher, or Bus)
  2. Click the OK button to begin the Discipline Report by Teacher/Grade.

Column Headers

To find definitions of commonly used column headers, follow this link: Common Column Headers.

For other columns not listed in the common column list:

  1. Staff ID: ID number of the staff member
  2. Teacher Name: Name of teacher
  3. Nature of Incidents Description: Headers that come after Teacher name are the Incident Description codes are listed.(Codes that a teacher uses to describe the incident(s) committed by a student)
