Discipline Audit video

This program checks for error(s) in all discipline referrals for the school or district.

How-To

1. On the left, click on Discipline
2. Under Discipline, click on the arrow to the left of the word “List”
3. Click on Discipline Audit that appears under List
4. Once the setup box appears, the following data should be set appropriately to receive accurate data:
   • Year should be set to the school year in which the report data need to be collected from
   • District and School should be defaulted based on the users security information
   • Start Date and End Date both default to today`s date. This may be changed by clicking on the down arrows or by clicking on the calendar at the right of the line.
5. Click OK once all setup options have been set properly

Definitions for the Headers

1. DSch:Student`s School where Referral was recorded
2. Name:Student`s name
3. Sidno:Student`s ID number
4. District:Student`s district
5. ESch:Student`s school of enrollment
6. Ref No:Referral number
7. Referral Date:Referral date
8. Sign Date:Disciplinarian sign date
9. ISS Begin Date:Date ISS starts
10. ISS End Date:Date ISS ends
11. SIS Action:SIS action date
12. Admin 1:Admin action Code 1
13. Admin 2:Admin action Code 2
14. Admin 3:Admin action Code 3
15. Admin 4:Admin action Code 4
16. OSS Begin Date:Date OSS starts
17. OSS End Date:Date OSS ends
18. Expel:Displays if a student is expelled
19. Transfer:Is student expelled to another school
20. Expel Begin Date:Date the expulsion begins
21. Expel End Date:Date the expulsion ends
22. Incident:SIS incident code
23. Weapon:Weapon code
24. Bus:Displays if this is a bus referral
25. Err Code-Error code(s) associated with this referral

Buttons at the Bottom of the Discipline Audit

1. Setup: Click to go back to the Setup box.
2. Print: This button allows the user to print the screen information in a variety of formats. See instructions below.
3. Help: This button is NOT activated.
4. Error Code List-List of error codes from the referral
