Select Attendance on the panel on the left side of the screen. Under Lists, select Leavers with Consecutive Absences.


Setup Box Options

To find definitions for standard setup values, follow this link: Standard Setup Options.

For other set up values not listed in the standard set up list:

  • Leavers As Of--Limits the list to those students who have consecutive absences and are inactive as of the date selected.
  • Minimum # of Consecutive Absences--Enter the number of consecutive absences to be used as a factor for which students to include on the report.

Click OK to move to the next screen.


Definitions of Column Headers

To find definitions of commonly used columns follow this link: Common Column Headers.

Entry Date--enrollment date found on the student master record of the student.
Leave Date--date the student withdrew from the school.


Buttons at the bottom of the display

Setup--This allows you to change the values on the setup box without exiting the program.
Print--Use this button to print the report displayed on the screen. Refer to the instructions below for printing the report.
Help--This button links to the JCampus video and written instructions.
