This program gives a count by school the gender and ethnicity.

On the left, click on Student Master.
Under "Counts", select "Homeroom Gender/Ethnic List"
If you need instructions for setup values to be used, follow the link for Standard Setup Options.
Active Only--The system defaults to a check in the box indicating Active Only. If this box is unchecked all students will be selected.
Grade(s)--User may leave the cell blank to select all grades. Click in the cell and click by the grade(s) needed for the report. Click OK to move back to the setup box.

SpcEd. Only, Non-SpcEd., or Both--Click in the radio button for the selection needed for the report.

Definitions of Column Headers

Sch--School number in the district
Site--School name in the district
Homeroom Teacher--Homeroom teacher`s name
Total--Total number of students in the homeroom
OWM,OWF, ......OTM,OTF,Other--These are totals by ethnicity and gender. There is a sum total at the bottom of each column.
