This report is a list of students and their grades that can be exported as a comma delimited file.

  1. On the left, click on Grades.
  2. Under Lists, select Grades Export Comma Delimited File.
  3. If you need instructions for setup values to be used, follow the link for Standard Setup Options.
  4. Click OK

Crds Ps - credits possible
1st-6th 6 weeks - posted grade value for the grading period
Exam 1 and Exam 2 - posted grade value for the exam
Sem 1 and Sem 2 - posted grade value for the semester grading period
Final - posted grade value for the final grading period
Srt Sem - starting semester for the section
Num of Sem - number of semesters offered
Num of Prd - number of class periods offered
Group - group number of the subject content area
