This report will allow a nurse to run a report for students that have Medication information in the Health System.

Getting Started

  1. In the left navigation panel, click Health, click on Lists, then Medication Report.

Setup Options

  1. Year: Defaults to current year.
  2. District: Defaults to district number associated with the login of the user.
  3. School: Click to select the desired school.
  4. Show SSN on Reports: Leave the check box blank is the SSN is desired for the report. Place a check in the check box, if the SSN is desired for the report.
  5. Grade: Click to select the grade level(s) of students to be listed.
  6. Ethnic: If desired, the user can select to limit the listing of students by Ethnic code. If left blank, all ethnic codes will be included.
  7. Gender: Click to limit the listing to students to a selected gender. If left blank, all students, regardless of gender, will be listed on the screen.
  8. Inactive: Active is the default. If this selection needs to be changed to Inactive or All, click in the cell and make the desired choice.
  9. From Date: This date defaults to today`s date. Change the dates by clicking on the drop down arrow(s) or by clicking on the calendar at the far right.
  10. Click the OK button to begin the Medication Report.

Definitions of Column Headers

  1. School Number-school where the student is registered.
  2. Student Name: Name of student.
  3. Sidno: Student ID number.
  4. Medication: Lists all of the Medication listed for a student.
  5. Doctor: Doctor for the student
  6. AMT RCVD: Amount of each Medication received from guardian
  7. Current Qty: Quantity on hand for each prescription record
  8. Prescribed: Date the Medicine was prescribed
  9. End Date: Date the prescription expires or ends
  10. Dispense Qty: Lists the quantity that a student is to receive
  11. Status: Shows the status of the prescription(Active, Empty, Removed, Discontinued, etc)
  12. Instructions/Outcomes: Special Instructions and Outcomes of the prescription.

Buttons at the Bottom of the Medication Report

  1. Setup: Click to go back to the Setup box.
  2. Print: This button allows the user to print the screen information in a variety of formats. Default is pdf format, but can be changed to xls (Excel), or csv (text).
  3. Help: This button is NOT activated.
