These directions explain how to access test scores for a single student.

How-to
- On the left, click on "Grades".
- Under the heading "Entry", click on "WebGradebook".
- At the bottom of the WebGradebook, verify the school year and teacher. Choose the course then marking period
- Place the mouse over a student’s name.
- After placing the mouse over a student’s name, a gear will appear to the right of the student’s name. Click on the gear
- A menu will appear, click on the option “Student Test Analysis”.
- A window will appear with a list of standardized tests. The standardized test names in red with a green plus (+) sign to the right are those the student has taken. Click on the name of the test to see the grades earned for those tests.
- Click on a score earned for a test and a graph will appear on the right side of the screen. This is a graph comparing the grades earned in a subject versus the standardize score earned in that subject.
- Click the “Detailed” button to see all the areas within each category that made up the overall grade for that category.
- Click "Print" for a print preview to appear. At this time you can choose to print or save the report.
