Click on Start button
Click on “Control Panel”
Click on “User Accounts”
Click on “Turn User Account Control – on or off”
Make sure there is not a check in the box beside:

“Use User Account Control (UAC) to help protect your computer”

Click “OK”
Restart your Computer
