Flex Card - Skills Report Card Template Editor Video

How-to

1. Log into WebPams
2. On the left, the click on "Grades"
3. Under "Entry", select "Skills Template Editor"
4. On the setup box
   • Select the desired "Year"
   • "District" and "School" should be defaulted based on security
   • Select the desired grade level to build a Flex Card for
5. Click "Ok"
6. In the "Report Card Title", enter the name of the district or school or whatever desired
7. In the "Report Sub Card Title", enter the name of the card
8. "Page(s)" gives the choice of a one page or two page report card
   • If One page is selected, then only three section tabs appear
   • If Two page is selected, then seven section tabs appear
9. Below "Page(s)", in the "Section Title" area, enter the desired name of the current tab
10. In the area below the header labeled "Description", enter the name of the desired gradable task
    • Check the marking periods to the right of the description to select the marking periods in which the task will be graded
11. Repeat these steps
