Video How-to
Picture Master
This program will allow you to upload pictures for your school or edit pictures that need to be replaced. This is completed from a data source(disc, etc.) from the photographer. Pictures in the data source must be identified by the student ID number for this update program to work.
- Under Student Master/Entry select Loaders
- Select Picture Master
- If you need instructions for setup values to be used, follow the link for Standard Setup Options.
Other values not included in the standard set up options are:
- Update: - Student/Parent or Staff - choose whether you are updating or adding pictures for student/parents or staff
- Only Students with no Pictures - place a check to only show students that do not have existing pictures displayed
Click OK to move to the next screen.
To update existing student pictures one at a time use the following steps.
The screen will display two sections. Student or staff names meeting the criteria set in the setup box will be listed on the left. The right side of the screen will display the current picture. You will select/choose a picture to replace the existing picture using the Choose File button.
- Click the Choose File button to navigate to the location of the pictures file.
- Select the picture based on the student ID. The new picture will display above the Choose File button.
- Click the Update Picture button. The current picture will be changed.
To import pictures in mass, use the following steps.
- After clicking "OK" on the setup box, click the "Load From CD/Zip" button.
- Click the "Choose Files" button to select which drive to load/import the group of pictures, up to 4000 files at one time, or a zip file containing all the pictures from. Pictures must be named by the student ID number followed by .jpg. To choose all the pictures in the file, use the Control - A key board command.

- Navigate back to Student Master to check that the pictures are attached to the students.
