Under Lists, select Audit Request Validity


Setup Box

To find definitions for standard setup values, follow this link: Standard Setup Options.

For other set up values not listed in the standard set up list:

  • For "Stu Grades", select the grade level of the students to view. Leave blank if all grade levels is desired.
  • Check the box "Active Only" to only see students who were active as of the date selected below "Active Only"
    1. Select the date desired for active students
  • For "SELECT CORE GROUPS", select the transcript group codes to have the credits requested counted for each student in the CR column

Click OK


This program will evaluate the student's request and provide meaningful results. The following are the fields and their meaning:

  • TG1 - TG9 are the total number of credits requested per transcript group number
    1. TG1 - English
      1. TG2 - Computer
      2. TG3 - Math
      3. TG4 - Social Studies
      4. TG5 - Science
      5. TG6 - Health and P.E.
      6. TG7 - Foreign Language
      7. TG8 - Vocation ED Electives
      8. TG9 - Regular ED Electives
  • TC is the total number of credits for all requested courses
  • CR is the total number of credits for selected core transcript groups. See "SELECT CORE GROUPS" above
  • EL is the total number of credits for elective courses
  • PS is the total number of credits short of the normal number of credits for a school day
  • PO is the total number of credits over the normal number of credits for a school day
  • TP is the total number of credits requested that are TOPS course. For this field to be populated, course will need to be flagged with a "T" for primary TOPS courses or flagged with a "t" for TOPS substitute courses
  • HA is the total number of half credit courses requested
  • OB is the total number of courses that are obsolete in the course catalog. Click on the number to view the request
  • DU is the total number of duplicate requests. Click on the number to view the request
  • UN is the total number of unscheduled requests
  • TR is the total number of requests
  • NC is the total number of requests that do not match any courses in the course catalog. Click on the number to view the request
  • MS is the total number of requests that do not match any courses in the Master Schedule Editor. Click on the number to view the request
  • RT is the total number of teachers requested. Click on the number to view the request
  • GDL is the total number of requests that have a grade level error. Click on the number to view the request
  • CONVERT PAR REQ are the recommendations for requests the parents have made through the Student Progress Center. Click on the number to view the recommendations
    1. After reviewing the parent's recommendations, if accepted, place a check by the recommendations then click "Convert Records". Otherwise, simply ignore the recommendations and close the screen
    2. To convert all parent recommendations, click "Convert Parent Requests"


To Print this Report

Click the Print button at the bottom of the screen.

A popup will appear with a set of document print options--PDF, XLS, CSV, HTML.

The default print option will be PDF.

Click the print button on this popup and a print preview window will appear.

To get the print icon on this window, hover the mouse in the bottom right area of the preview. A grey rectangle will appear with several icons.

Click the print icon at the right end of this rectangle. Another print preview will appear.

Click the print button at the top left to print the report. Close the print preview.
