- On the left, the Student Master panel should be open. Click on Lists
- Under Lists, select CAP SPED Service Tracking Report and the setup box will appear.
- If you need instructions for setup values to be used, follow the link for Standard Setup Options.
- The next item is not found on the standard setup options document.
- Select the Primary Exceptionality(s) to be included on the report. Leave the field blank if all Exceptionalities are to be included. Otherwise, click in the field to the right of Primary Exceptionality to select the desired exceptionalities to be included.
- Click OK to move to the next screen.
- To find definitions of commonly used column headers, follow this link: Common Column Headers.
Column headers not included in the common column list are:
- Exceptionality--Special Education Exceptionality
- IEP Date--Date of the current IEP
- PA/BIS Service--Type of PA/BIS Service being provided
- PA/BIS Provider--Provider of the PA/BIS Service
- Min per Week--Number of minutes provided by the PA/BIS Provider
- Start Date--Service Start Date
- Service--Type of service being provided
- Disc. Status--Student discipline status
- Susp. Days--4+ OSS or Alternative placement or number of suspension days
- IP Authority--Person with IP authority
- Eval Date--Most recent evaluation date
To Print this Report
- Click the Print button at the bottom of the screen.
- A popup will appear with a set of document print options--PDF, XLS, CSV, HTML.
- The default print option will be PDF.
- Click the print button on this popup and a print preview window will appear.
- To get the print icon on this window, hover the mouse in the bottom right area of the preview. A grey rectangle will appear with several icons.
- Click the print icon at the right end of this rectangle. Another print preview will appear.
- Click the print button at the top left to print the report. Close the print preview.
