This report gives the user a list of referrals for all students that have been entered into the discipline system.

How-To

  1. On the left, click on Discipline
  2. Under Discipline, click on the arrow to the left of the word “List”
  3. Click on Referral List that appears under List
  4. Once the setup box appears, the following data should be set appropriately to receive accurate data:
    • Year should be set to the school year in which the report data need to be collected from
    • District and School should be defaulted based on the users security information
    • From and To both default to today`s date. This may be changed by clicking on the down arrows or by clicking on the calendar at the right of the line.
  5. Show Total Referral Counts - check to see total counts per student for year to date and period to date based on the from and to dates.
  6. Show All Referrals For Active Students, Non-Duplicated Student List, or Show Referrals for the To Date by clicking in the square to the left of what is needed for the report. One, two, or all three squares may be checked.
  7. Show: Click in the radio button for the type of students needed.(All-Sped only-Non Sped)
  8. Show: Click in the radio button for the type of students needed.(Non-Remote-Remote-All)
  9. Show Type: All is defaulted but it may be changed by clicking on the down arrow to make the selection of Major or Minor
  10. Club: Leave blank for no clubs to be shown or click in the cell and make your choice(s) from the pick list.
  11. Sport: Leave blank for no sport to be shown or click in the cell and make your choice(s) from the pick list.
  12. Program: Leave blank for no program to be shown or click in the cell and make your choice(s) from the pick list.
  13. Morning Bus: Leave blank for no Morning Bus to be shown or click in the cell and make your choice(s) from the pick list.
  14. Evening Bus: Leave blank for no Evening Bus to be shown or click in the cell and make your choice(s) from the pick list.
  15. Click the OK button to begin the Referral List.

Definitions of Column Headers

  1. RSch: Student`s school where referral was recorded
  2. Student Name: Name of student
  3. ESch: Student`s school of enrollment
  4. Sidno: Student ID number
  5. Grade: Grade level of student
  6. Gender: Gender of student


Buttons at the Bottom of the Referral List

  1. Setup: Click to go back to the Setup box.
  2. Print: This button allows the user to print the screen information in a variety of formats. Default is pdf format, but can be changed to xls (Excel), or csv (text).
  3. Help: This button is NOT activated.
