This report gives a count of all Gains and Losses for a school or all school that the district chooses. It gives the reasons for both Gains and Lossesand also a total for each. It also give the Entry and Leave dates.


  1. Select Attendance on the panel on the left side of the screen.
  2. Under Lists, select Consecutive Absence Report.
  3. If you need instructions for setup values to be used, follow the link for Standard Setup Options.
  4. From Date--This date defaults to the first day of school. The date may be changed by clicking on the down arrows or be clicking on the calendar to change the date.
  5. To Date--This date defaults to today`s date. The date may be changed by clicking on the down arrows or be clicking on the calendar to change the date.
  6. Print First Day Students--The check box defaults to blank to not include the First Day Students. If the user would like to see the First Day Students, place a check in the box.
  7. Click OK to move to the next screen.


Definition of Headers

  1. GR--Enrolled grade of the student
  2. Student Name--Name of student
  3. SID--Student`s ID
  4. FD--Students gained or lost on the first day of school
  5. GOST--Students gained from a different state
  6. GID--Students gained from a different school within the district
  7. GOTH--Students gained from a different method
  8. GTOT--Total students gained
  9. MTOT--M Total
  10. LOST--Students lost to a different state
  11. LIST--Students lost to a different district within the state
  12. LID--Students lost to a different school within the district
  13. LOTH--Students lost to a different method
  14. LTOT--Total students lost
  15. TOTAL--Net gain or loss
  16. EDATE/CD--Student entry date and code
  17. LDATE/CD--Student leave date and code


Buttons at the bottom of the display

  1. Setup--This allows you to change the values on the setup box without exiting the program.
  2. Print--Use this button to print the report displayed on the screen. Refer to the instructions below for printing the report.
  3. Help--Help button is not activated at this time
