This program will display all students in a chosen grade or grade range that are older than an age that you specify in the setup box. If you are not at the 700 level, or the Central Office, you will only be able to run the program for your school.
- On the left, click on Student Master.
- Under "Count", select "Grade Vs. Age Count"
- If you need instructions for setup values to be used, follow the link for Standard Setup Options.
- Age As of Date--Limits the list to those students whose age is As Of Date.
- Grades and Age--In the cells -1, K, ........12 place the age one year above the normal age for that grade level. All cells must have a number place in it to allow the program to run.
- Active Only--The default for the program is to show all students. If only the active students are to be selected place a check in the square.
