- Log into WebPams
- Under Student Master/Entry in the area on the left of the screen, select Student Master.
- The Setup Box will appear.
Setup Box Options
- Select the desired Year
- District and School will be defaulted based on your security settings.
- Select the check box if you only want to see active students.
- Click OK.
How to find information on a student using the iGear.
- Find a student using the Find button
- Click on the iGear (gear) at the end of the Student Name field
- An iGear menu list will appear.
- The related student information is organized into the following 8 areas. Some of the areas are further divided in additional information areas according to the list below.

- Student Demographic
- Special ED Information
- 504 Information
- Health Information
- Attendance
- Attendance by Day
- Tardies
- Discipline
- Schedule
- Schedule Maintenance
- Pattern Board
- Block Fast Loader
- Grades
- Print Transcript

NOTE: to close the iGear click Exit at the bottom of the list of iGear areas.
