How-to

1. Click on "Student Master" under "Entry"
2. If you need instructions for setup values to be used, follow the link for Standard Setup Options.
   • Click "OK"
3. The search field is the blank field to the right of Action at the top of the screen. Search by typing in all or part of the student, mother, father or guardian`s:
   • first name or last name
   • phone numbers (home, cell, work)
4. and/or the student`s:
   • social security number
   • ID number
   • student`s birth date
5. Click the magnifying glass or press "Enter" on the keyboard. A list of one or more students will appear.
   • possible matches will appear in bold
   • list can be sorted by any column heading
6. Click on the desired student to view.
