Leave Code Fast Loader

This program will allow you to fast load leave codes to students.

On the left navigation panel, select Student Master, Loaders, and Leave Code Fast Loader.

Setup Box Options .

To find definitions for standard setup values, follow this link: Standard Setup Options.

Other set up values not listed in the standard set up list:

• Leave Code - Student's leave code
• Exclude SBLC Codes - Retain/Promotion Codes

Click OK

Column Headers

To find definitions of commonly used column headers, follow this link: Common Column Headers.

• Leave Date - date used for the mass load

Assign a leave code to individual students or a small group of students.

1. Assign a leave date from the bottom right side of the screen first.
2. Click in the blank leave code field beside the name(s) of the student(s) that need the same leave code.
3. An asterisk (*) will appear in the field.
4. After selecting the students that need the same leave code, click the code on the right side of the screen.
5. A message will appear indicating that rows have been updated.
6. Click Ok.

The leave code for each student will also be updated at this time

To remove a leave code from an individual student or a small group of students

1. Click in the leave code cell beside the name(s) of the student(s) that need the same leave code removed.
2. An asterisk (*) will appear in the field.
3. After selecting the student(s) that need the leave code removed, click the blank leave code at the top of list on the right side of the screen.
4. A message will appear indicating that rows have been updated
5. Click Ok.

Buttons at the bottom of the display

Setup--This allows you to change the values on the setup box without exiting the program.

Print--Use this button to print the report displayed on the screen. Refer to the instructions below for printing the report.

Help--This button links to the JCampus video and written instructions.
