Allows the user to assign which services are provided by each provider.
Menu
On the left navigation panel select Special Education > Loaders > Provider Service Loader.
Setup Options
Year - Defaults to the current year. A prior year may be accessed by clicking in the field and making the appropriate selection from the drop down list.
District - Default value is based on the user's security settings. It will be limited to the user's district only.
School - Default value is based on the user’s security settings. If the user is assigned to a school, the school default value will be their school site code.
Service - Special Education services provided.
Service Providers - The staff members displayed for the option are from a collection of Evaluation Coordinators and Special Education Service Providers.
Custom Codes - Select Custom Codes created in the Custom Codes Management to filter the student list.
Transmission - Click inside the box and choose one of the options, Off, Testing, or Production.
Use Service Statr Date Range - This option allows the user to limit the services displayed in the program to only those with a service start date during the below date range.
Filter Dates:
From Date/To Date - This date range is used to filter the students who have active services that started on or within the date range.
Close Or Re-Open Services - This option changes how the program functions. Instead of changing the service provider it will instead close the existing service and open an identical service starting on today's date with the new service provider. Note: This option does not allow the user to close and re-open Service 21 records.
Close Or Re-open Services With Below Dates:
End Date to New Start Date - The user can choose the desired dates.
