This program lists students with Industry Based Certificates with the option to report by cohort year.


On the left navigation panel, select Student Master, Lists, and IBC List.


Setup Box Options

To find definitions for standard setup values, follow this link: Standard Setup Options.

For other set up values not listed in the standard set up list:

  • Cohort Year - Year student entered high school for the first time as a 9th grader.
  • IBC - Select (IBC) Industry Based Certification
  • Show IBC Description--check box that will expand the codes to include their description

Click OK


Column Headers

You can hover over the column header to get the tool tip.

To find definitions of commonly used column headers, follow this link: Common Column Headers.

  • IBC - IBC (Industry Based Certification Code)
  • Diploma Path - abbreviation of the information entered in the special code field on the student master such as COJ (Jumpstart), CTU (TOPS University), etc.


Print Options

To find the print instructions, follow this link: Standard Print Options.

Click + Drag: Selects adjacent rows to be printed.

Control + Click: Selects individual rows to be printed.
