This report shows how many ISS`s and OSS`s a student has accumulated.

How-To

  1. On the left, click on Discipline
  2. Under Discipline, click on the arrow to the left of the word List
  3. Click on Suspension Occurrence Report that appears under List
  4. Once the setup box appears, the following data should be set appropriately to receive accurate data:
    • Year should be set to the school year in which the report data need to be collected from
    • District and School should be defaulted based on the users security information
  5. Grade: Defaults to all grades for the school. Click in the cell to make a selection from the pick box for the grade(s) that is need for the report.
  6. Number of Suspension >=: Defaults to 1 for suspension or use the drop down arrow to select the number of suspension needed for the report.
  7. Show: Click in the radio button that corresponds with the report
  8. Show Remote Scheduled Only: Click in the box to the left to select only remote scheduled students.
  9. Click the OK button to begin the Suspension Occurrence Report.


Definitions of Column Headers

  1. District: School District number
  2. School: School number
  3. Student Name: Student`s name
  4. Sidno: Student ID number
  5. ISS`s: Total number of ISS no matter where the suspension occurred
  6. OSS`s: Total number of out OSS no matter where the suspension occurred
  7. ALT ISS: Total number of alternate site suspensions no matter where the suspension occurred
  8. Total: Total number of ISS, OSS, and Alternate Site suspensions the student has no matter where the suspension occurred.


Buttons at the Bottom of the Discipline Points List

  1. Setup: Click to go back to the Setup box.
  2. Print: This button allows the user to print the screen information in a variety of formats. Default is pdf format, but can be changed to xls (Excel), or csv (text).
  3. Help: This button is NOT activated.
