Login Screen - This screen is divided into two sections: the ORS section and the SPC section.
Turn ORS System On - Checking this box will turn the ONS system on based on the from and to dates. Unchecking this box will turn the system off.
Allow Current Year Selection - Checking this box will turn on the option for Allow Current Year Selection of the Online Registration System ON based on the From and To dates. Unchecking this box will turn off the option and hide the current year selection.
Allow Next Year Selection - Checking this box will turn on the option for Allow Next Year selection on the Online Registration System on based on the From and To dates. Unchecking this box will turn the Allow Next Year option off.

Q & A
Q: I used the following setup for ORS registration:
- Allow Current Year Selection from 2/28/21 to 6/30/21
- Allow Next Year Selection from 7/1/21 to 8/10/21
But it seems EVERY student has been registered in the 20/21 school year. Should I change the current school year to have the same beginning/ending date because we don't want anyone registering in the 20/21 school year? And, then change the next school year to be 3/11/21 to 8/10/21?
A: Yes, and think of the dates just like you were sitting at a school.
- Allow students to register in the current year until the last day of the school year.
- But if someone came in today and wanted to register for next school year, let them also.
- Remember this is NOT an enrollment but only an intent to enroll so set the next year start date to today.
- Now, remember the Online Registration System can stay on all year. Just as a student can enroll in this current school year until the last day of school, they can for next year also.
- I would not turn off the Online Registration system on the first day of school as I would push it until the last day.
